• arrival and departure: The reserved rooms are at your disposal on the day of arrival from 15:00 pm.
• Rooms are available on the day of departure until 10:00 am.
• Surcharge: Bookings until incl. 3rd day.
• Check-in from 15:00-18:00, afterwards, the key is deposited in the safe in front of the entrance.
• Only persons with minimum 14 years
• No access for dogs, cats, rabbits and other pets.
• Night rest from 22:00 - 07:00 o'clock (Out of consideration to the other we ask for quiet behavior in this time span)
• No parties and celebrations are allowed without the express agreement of the landlord.

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers´code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. The guest pays 100% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 7 days before arrival. In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
